Maria has been in real estate in one form or another for most of her life. Working with United County Alpine Realty since 2006 Maria pursued her Colorado real estate license and now specialized in property management as well as working with buyers and sellers. Maria’s first resident manager job was for a 48 unit apartment complex when she was 20 years old. In 1995, Maria and her family moved to Buena Vista, she managed an apartment complex and a mobile home park. Maria has also owned a local motel/cabin complex in Buena Vista that she rented as a motel in the summer and long term cabins in the winter. Maria is excited about helping people take the next step in their lives, whether that be selling or buying. She would love to help you with that exciting time in your life
